Ethereal Nouveau: Celestial Melodies and Gilded Divinations is a collaborative project that brings together the artistic talents of Jeremi W. Edwards and Ashley Gates, a local artist with a unique perspective on the everyday and the beauty in life. Ashley's vibrant and playful modern technique of art nouveau, inspired by Alphonse Mucha and Gustav Klimt, takes center stage in this immersive art show. As a composer, Jeremi’s role in this collaboration was to create a musical counterpart to Ashley's art and her exploration of the Tarot Card deck. Jeremi embarked on a journey that drew inspiration from three distinct realms: chance music, electroacoustic soundscapes, and Interactive Sound Installations.
